Synth and Style Return Policy
1. Product Defects
We stand by the quality of our handmade clothing. If you receive a product with a defect (e.g., faulty stitching, material flaws, or noticeable damage due to manufacturing), we will accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us with:
- Photos of the defect
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
Once we verify the defect, we will provide you with a return shipping label for the defective item and send a replacement or offer a refund.
2. Custom Orders
As each item is custom-made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted for non defective custom items, including sizing exchanges. Please double-check your specifications (size, design, etc.) before purchasing to ensure accuracy.
3. Shipping Damage
While we take great care in packaging your items, damage during shipping can occur. If your item is damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with:
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Your order number and a description of the damage
We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund if the damage is confirmed. Shipping costs for returns due to damage or shipping damage will be the customer's responsibility.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom orders (unless defective or damaged).
- Non-defective items are not returnable under any circumstances.
- Items marked as final sale (e.g., clearance, limited edition).
5. International Orders
All international orders are non-refundable. If an international order is not satisfactory, we encourage you to sell it privately. We would love to work with you on another piece or help with any future orders.
6. Sizing Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Exchanges: Please ensure you select the correct size when ordering
