Synth and Style offers a variety of hand-made, custom, and unique clothing items. We specialize in braided clothing for festival-goers, ravers, and those looking for statement pieces. Our products include tops, leggings, bodysuits, and more, made with high-quality materials.

- All items are hand-made by our founder.
- Custom orders are welcome, and we offer personalized designs based on your preferences.
- Material costs and customization may vary, and we will provide an estimated price for each custom order.
3. Payment Terms
We accept payment via Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, and credit/debit cards. Payment is required at the time of purchase. You are responsible for providing accurate payment details, and we are not liable for any issues with payments that arise due to incorrect information.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 5 business days after payment is received. Custom orders may take longer to process depending on the complexity.
- Shipping Providers: We use reputable carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS to deliver our products.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the size/weight of the items.
- Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times vary by location. Please note that we are not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party carriers.
5. Returns and Refunds
- Defective Products: If an item is defective, such as fabric damage, faulty stitching, broken hardware, etc., or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. We will provide you with a return shipping label and either send a replacement or issue a refund for the defective item.
- Custom Orders: Custom-made items are non-returnable, except in cases of defects or damages.
- Non-Defective Items: We do not accept returns on non-defective items, including custom orders, unless required by law.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items and exchanges. We do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.
- Sizing Exchanges: If you need a different size, you are responsible for the shipping cost of exchanging the item. Sizing exchanges are not available for custom orders.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Synth and Style website, including but not limited to designs, images, logos, and written content, is the intellectual property of Synth and Style. You may not use any of these materials without our express written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synth and Style is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products.
